I will provide an inspection of your property to assess the level of infestation and to offer an individual quote. The pest control rates for my services in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire depend on the following variables:
- The pest species concerned - The work involved in treating wasps will not be the same as treating a rat's nest.
- The size of the property - The size of the property is proportional to time required to survey and inspect it.
- The extent of the infestation and number of visits - Some pests generally require just one treatment, such as a wasp nest. Whereas a Glis glis, rats or mice infestation may require several visits, until the problem is resolved.
We charge from £75 per inspection and treatments visit session. It normally take 3 visits to get rid of the rats over the course of 2 weeks, so from £225.

Please note that I normally seal any small visible and accessible gaps in brickwork, etc, during above rodent control treatments, but this DOES NOT include issues with sealing roof tiles, roofline work, gaps in eaves or structural defects.
